Vehicle Imports and Compliance
All imported vehicles are acquired from reliable suppliers and all vehicles are compliance-checked according to Australian law. We make sure that vehicles come with safety and are in line with environmental and registration requirements prior to delivery. But still, you have to make sure the vehicle serves you properly. Check the requirements specific to your state or territory for registration and on-road driving.
Vehicle Listings and Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and other information related to the vehicles on offer. However, the information provided for mileage, specifications, and features is supplied by the vendors and hence is subject to slight deviations. Due to shipping costs, exchange rates or other related considerations, the prices may be subject to change. We suggest the vehicle be inspected or an inspection report be solicited prior to making the purchase.
Prices, Payments, and Deposits
All financial figures are in Australian dollars. Government fees like stamp duty, registration, and insurance may not be included in the quoted price. A vehicle may require a deposit to be reserved. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise documented and provisions are made in writing. The vehicle must be paid in full before the collection or delivery, including prior to the delivery of the vehicle.
Warranty and Guarantees
Depending on the brand, model and source of the vehicle, some imported vehicles come with limited warranties. The terms of any warranties provided will be documented and presented prior to the purchase. We will not offer additional guarantees unless expressly stated, but we will adhere to all obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
Delivery and Shipping
We manage shipping logistics and customs clearance for vehicles being imported. When it comes to shipping timelines for customs clearance and other unanticipated delays, everything delivered will be done with proper due diligence. We make best efforts to meet estimated dates. However, in case of delays beyond our control, we accept no liability.
Limitation of Liability
Without liability to timetable restrictions, we accept no responsibility for:
- Loss and damages suffered due to delays in delivery
- Expenses incurred for registration or insurance
- Repair or servicing of the vehicle from post-purchase damages
- We accept no liability apart from the said provisions under the Australian Consumer Law
